Our Requirements:

  • Minimum Credit Score – Applicants must meet a minimum credit score of 620 or above to demonstrate financial responsibility.

  • Stable Income – Monthly income should be at least 2x the rent to ensure affordability.

  • Employment Verification – Proof of steady employment or reliable income source required.

  • Rental History – Positive rental references with no prior evictions.

  • Background Check – No history of violent crimes or serious criminal offenses.

  • Security Deposit – Must be able to provide the full security deposit before move-in.

  • No Outstanding Debts to Previous Landlords – Unpaid balances from prior rentals may result in disqualification.

  • Pet Policy Compliance – If applicable, pets must meet property-specific requirements (breed, weight, number).

  • Occupancy Limits – Number of tenants must comply with property and local housing laws.

  • No Smoking Policy – Many properties enforce a no-smoking rule inside the unit.
