Christa handles the details that keep the business moving, from sales and advertising to networking and building relationships throughout the community. Michael brings his hands-on expertise to maintenance and property inspections, with a sharp eye for the details that help keep homes well cared for. Together, they’re proud to run a small, locally owned business where every property receives personal attention and care. And, of course, there’s one more important member of the team—our young son, affectionately known as the “Mini Manager,” who is already learning that sometimes the best part of running a family business is getting to tag along!
