(anyone who is going to be on the lease)
Why We Charge an Application Fee
At BrandID Property Management, we charge an application fee because every application requires time and resources to process properly. Our screening process includes reviewing applications, verifying employment and income, checking rental history, and conducting background and credit screenings. We believe in giving every applicant the same thorough and fair review, and the application fee helps cover the third-party screening and administrative costs involved. Because these services are completed for each individual applicant, we are unable to offer free applications. Our goal is to maintain a professional, consistent, and transparent screening process while helping our property owners find qualified and responsible tenants.
Sending in an application does not guarantee that you will be chosen as the tenant.
Only Applicants will be scheduled for in-person tours.
